How is each interview priced?
Each interview uses 1 credit and includes AI questions, recording (15 min), speech analysis, and scheduling. The per-credit rate depends on your plan: âš350 (Starter 10), âš320 (Starter 25 / Growth Monthly), or âš293 (Growth Quarterly).
What happens if the interview exceeds 15 minutes?
Each interview includes 15 minutes of recording. If it goes beyond that, additional time is charged pro-rata from your credit balance â so you only pay for the extra minutes used.
What's the difference between Pay As You Go and Subscribe?
Pay As You Go (Starter) is a one-time credit purchase valid for 90 days. Subscribe (Growth) auto-renews monthly or quarterly with credit rollover â ideal for teams with ongoing hiring needs.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Growth subscriptions, unused credits roll over for 1 billing cycle. On Starter (Pay As You Go), credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts. Your credits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What if I need more credits than my plan includes?
You can purchase additional credits anytime.
Do you integrate with ATS platforms?
Growth plans include ATS integration via Webhooks and Zapier. Scale (Enterprise) plans include direct API integration with your ATS. Push interview results, scorecards, and candidate data automatically.
What is Live Proctoring?
Live Proctoring lets the recruiter join and watch the AI interview as it happens in real-time. It's charged per minute of usage and is entirely optional.
How long are interview videos retained?
Interview video recordings are retained for 15 days. Download any videos you need to keep before this period expires.
How long is dashboard data available?
Dashboard data is visible for the past 90 days. Historical data beyond this period is not accessible.
